Iraq Civil Aviation Authority is providing the
permits to the applicant directly, but they would prefer to apply it via agent
who is responsible to pay the Air navigation fees on behalf of the operator.
Iraq Overflight permits and Landing permits
are issued by Iraq CAA free of charge, but they are imposing the navigation
fees based on the Aircraft MTOW according to the following charges list:

Generally, Iraq Navigation charges are
collected by IATA on behalf of Iraq Civil Aviation Authority, but anyway, some agent
are capable to pay this fees to CAA directly if the operator preferred to do
that.
